Mesotherapy Treatment for Denver & Colorado
Dissolve Fat Without Surgery
What is Mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy is a medical specialty which involves tiny injections of natural
plant extracts, homeopathic agents, pharmaceutical agents and vitamins into
the skin to treat a variety of conditions. Mesotherapy is used to treat a
variety of conditions such as localized fatty deposits, and sagging skin like
that found in fat deposits beneath eyes and chin. Mesotherapy can also help
reduce cellulite, and reduce localized fat deposits (spot reduction) such as
“love handles”, “saddle bags” from abdomen and back of arms, and much more.

How long do the results last?
Combined with a healthy lifestyle, the results do last. Occasional “touch-ups”
may be needed for some people.

What does the treatment involve?
- A patient medical history and physical examination is required prior to
treatment.
- Using tiny needles (we guarantee they’re the smallest you’ve ever seen),
the formula is injected multiple times into the mesodermal layer of the skin
surrounding the area being treated.
- A slight pinching or burning sensation may be felt during the treatment.
- While each treatment may involve hundred of injections, the session typically
takes only a few minutes to complete.
- The number of required treatments ranges from 1 to 6, dependent upon the area
being treated. Some bruising may be noticeable for about a week after the treatment.
- Response to treatment is generally seen after two to three treatments.

Why does it work?
- Small amounts of Phosphatidylcholine (PC) are injected into the areas with
the fat deposits.
- PC is a healthy, liquid fat that restores and nourishes our cells.
- PC blocks our ability to store fat and stimulates our ability to burn the
fat that is already stored.
- The stored fat is dissolved and enters the bloodstream where it is used
by muscles for energy, and/or flushed out.

How long has Mesotherapy been used?
The technique was pioneered in France by Dr. Michel Pistor, and has been performed
there since 1952. In France, there are approximately 15,000 Mesotherapy practitioners.
This technique is relatively new in the US.

What is the difference between Mesotherapy and
liposuction or lower lid blepharoplasty (plastic surgery)?
Liposuction and blepharoplasty are surgical procedures and Mesotherapy is not.
No anesthesia is required with mesotherapy. Mesotherapy is also much less expensive
than liposuction or blepharoplasty.
